About me
For more than 30 years, I have partnered with schools around the world, helping educators create learning experiences that are engaging, meaningful and memorable.
My career has combined classroom teaching, educational leadership, curriculum development and international consultancy. I have taught in schools in both the UK and Germany and collaborated with organisations including the International Baccalaureate (IB), the Council of International Schools (CIS) and Harvard Project Zero across three continents.
Through workshops, conferences, school evaluations and consulting projects, I have supported educators in more than 35 schools. These experiences have reinforced a simple belief: the most powerful learning happens when students are actively exploring, creating, questioning and reflecting.
Today, I draw on these experiences to help schools develop meaningful learning experiences wherever learning happens — in the classroom, outdoors and beyond. From experiential and outdoor learning to project work, service learning and interdisciplinary programmes, I help schools turn ambitious ideas into sustainable practice.
Every school has its own context, strengths and aspirations. I work alongside educators to build on what already exists, explore new possibilities and develop richer learning
experiences that are sustainable, impactful and aligned with their vision.
